• Account Information: When you register, we collect your business name, phone number, and settings preferences.
• Communication Data: We process messages received via WhatsApp to understand scheduling requests.
• Google User Data (Calendar Access): To provide our core scheduling functionality, we require access to your Google Calendar. Specifically, we request the following scope:

What we access: We access your calendar to check for availability (free/busy slots) and to create, edit, or delete appointments based on your or your customers' requests.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service:

• Appointment Scheduling: To check availability and book appointments in your Google Calendar.
• AI Processing: To understand natural language requests from your customers via WhatsApp and convert them into calendar events.
• Notifications: To send confirmation messages regarding appointments.

Important: We do not use your Google Calendar data for advertising purposes.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We do not allow humans to read this data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the app's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use this data for training generalized AI models that are shared outside of our specific service environment.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with trusted service providers necessary to operate our Service:

• OpenAI: We use OpenAI's API to process natural language (e.g., understanding a customer's request). Only the text of the current conversation is sent for processing.
• Cloud Infrastructure: We use secure cloud providers to host our application and database.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Google Calendar tokens and appointment logs only as long as your account is active.

• Refresh Tokens: Stored securely to maintain the connection.
• Logs: We keep a log of appointments created by our bot for security and debugging purposes.

6. Your Rights and Revoking Access

You have full control over your data.

• Disconnecting: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time by contacting us or by revoking access directly via Google's Security Settings.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of all your data stored on our servers by emailing us.
